Our workshops and blogs are founded on the latest peer reviewed research in Neuroscience, Educational Psychology and Sports Psychology. We are supported in this work by our research team.
Bradley Busch leads the research team. He is an HCPC registered psychologist and has numerous years experience designing and running workshops in schools. Outside of education, he works with elite athletes, helping them develop their mindset and perform under pressure. This has seen him work with Premiership footballers and members of Team GB at London 2012.
Hannah Newman has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Middlesex University and an MSc in Psychology. She is currently completing her third degree in the Psychology of Sport and Exercise at Loughborough University. Her main areas of research include mental health, coping strategies and high performance.
Javiera Cornejo-Schilling studied psychology at Universidad Del Desarrollo. Chile. She is currently studying an MSc in the Psychology of Sport and Exercise at Loughborough University. She is a BPS Graduate Member. Her main research area is in Educational Psychology.

Nanaki Chadha has a degree in Psychology-Philosophy and an MsC in Psychology of Sport and Exercise. She is currently completing a PhD and her main research focus is on the development of mental toughness and the management of anxiety in pressurised and stressful situations.
Alex Lucas has a BSc in Psychology from Exeter University and is currently studying for an MSc in the Psychology of Sport and Exercise at Loughborough University. Her main research area is the psychology of mental well-being, health and applied performance.
Ryan Foskett has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and is currently studying for an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Middlesex University. His main research areas are mental well-being, motivation and improving performance.
