Our workshops and blogs are founded on the latest peer reviewed research in Neuroscience, Educational Psychology and Sports Psychology. We are supported in this work by our research team.
Bradley Busch leads the research team. He is an HCPC registered psychologist and has numerous years experience designing and running workshops in schools. Outside of education, he works with elite athletes, helping them develop their mindset and perform under pressure. This has seen him work with Premiership footballers and members of Team GB at London 2012.
Noam Newberger has a degree in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal. His topics of interest include developmental psychology and applied performance.
John Fabrizius has a degree in Psychology, and a degree in Sport Exercise. He is currently attending the University of Tennessee as a candidate for M.S. in Sport Psychology and Motor behavior. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has worked with athletes up to the collegiate level. His research interests include: Resilience, Confidence, and Performance in the Strength and Conditioning setting.
Rachel Farmer is currently studying Sport and Exercise science at Loughborough University with the aim of obtaining a MSc in sports psychology
