After graduating from Oxford, seven years in the army and an MBA, Edward founded InnerDrive in 2006.

Over the past 17 years, he has designed and delivered student, parent and teacher workshops for hundreds of education providers around the world.

Bradley is a chartered psychologist and Director of InnerDrive.

He is one of the leading experts on how psychological research can help students and teachers improve how they think, learn and perform.

A former assistant head in charge of teaching and learning, Claire holds a Masters in Teaching and Learning from the Institute of Education.

Claire specialises in helping schools and colleges develop their evidence-informed practice. Her main area of focus is on cognitive science, teacher development and maximising CPD within schools.

Matt is a chartered psychologist and Head of Operations & Teacher CPD Academy.

Over the last 7 years, Matt has worked with schools worldwide to help improve how students and educators think, learn and perform. He also works with elite athletes and footballers, including helping Team GB athletes medal at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympics.

Daniel is Head of Sales at InnerDrive, with over a decade of experience working in education and leading teams.

Having worked with some of the largest multi-academy trusts in the UK, Daniel brings a deep understanding of the challenges schools face and is passionate about fostering lasting improvements in teaching, learning and performance.

A former Headteacher with a master's in occupational psychology, Caroline has 20 years of teaching experience in both England and Australia.

Combining her theoretical background with practical school leadership experience, Caroline helps educators understand and apply the science of learning, as well as drive school improvement.

Niamh is InnerDrive’s Office Administrator, having recently moved to London from Australia.

She is passionate about using her organisational skills and experience to ensure a smooth operation throughout InnerDrive – in the office and schools we visit, as well as through delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Chris Baker is a world-renowned education leadership consultant. A former teacher and Vice Principal, he has a doctorate in leadership self-efficacy.

He oversees the leadership of professional development for 3000+ staff across 35 schools, alongside regularly writing for publications and writing books such as Leadership Launchpads.

Moses studied History at the University of Aberystwyth and brings years of experience in sales and marketing.

With a strong focus on building relationships and delivering real value, he helps schools and colleges find tailored CPD solutions to support their professional development goals.

Originally from New Zealand, Michael has been based in London for the past two years. He enjoys staying active, travelling and meeting new people.

In his role, he focuses on building genuine relationships with schools and providing a straightforward, easy-going experience.

Tania oversees InnerDrive’s marketing efforts, content creation and research team.

Having switched from a career in fashion in pursuit of a more meaningful role, she loves seeing her work make a difference to students and staff worldwide.

Keelan has over five years of experience in marketing and is in charge of InnerDrive’s social media and emails.

After starting his career in education, he left to explore marketing and now enjoys combining the two in a way that feels both meaningful and rewarding.

Zahra’s passion for UX/UI design was ignited while studying for a BA in Industrial Design and Technology.

Her design and education background, having been a DT teacher and TA for students with SEN, gives her a unique perspective to help users of the Teacher CPD Academy.

Shannon is one of our Professional Development Learning support managers. With degrees in Marketing and Management, she is an ambitious self-starter who believes hard work beats talent.

Her goal is to help those around her achieve their fullest potential, helping educators to build an evidence-informed practice through the Teacher CPD Academy.

Nico brings over 17 years of experience spanning graphic design, videography and animation to InnerDrive and the Teacher CPD Academy team.

With a strong background in design and visual communication, he helps create graphic and video content that helps make complex educational research accessible to teachers worldwide.

Having recently relocated from Australia, Cheyenne brings years of customer-facing experience to the InnerDrive team, where she supports educators on the Teacher CPD Academy.

With a background in performing arts, Cheyenne was a competitive cheerleader and has performed her own music in Australia’s biggest arts festival.

With experience in customer-facing roles and developing software integrations, Kailash combines user-focused insight with data-driven efficiency.

He helps to ensure teachers have seamless access to high-quality professional development.

Tyler's exceptional customer service skills have their origins in the sky, built during his years as cabin crew travelling the world.

Although his life is now on the ground, he still loves using his experience to take teachers on an amazing journey through the Teacher CPD Academy.

Tia is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and a brilliant student workshop presenter.

She works closely with individuals and teams, helping them strengthen their mindset, perform with confidence under pressure and develop more effective approaches to learning and personal growth.

Chantal is a BASES-registered performance psychologist who delivers our school workshops.

She works with individuals and organisations in a variety of education, elite sport and corporate settings across the globe, providing practical tools for behaviour change and enhanced performance.

Mikey holds a BA in Creative Writing and Film and a Jack Petchy Award for Outstanding Youth Work.

His dedication to community engagement led him to coaching at InnerDrive, where his creativity, performance and film-making skills get to shine.

Dev is studying for a BSc in Psychology at King’s College London.
He is enthusiastic about educational psychology and is driven to apply it to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. An avid Bhangra dancer, outside of his studies Dev also enjoys sports and keeping active at the gym.

Pavlov joined InnerDrive at the tender age of 2 months.

He has since been using his strong people skills to boost office morale. Some of his favourite objects to hold in his mouth include shoes, dead leaves, scrap paper and bottle caps.
