InnerDrive is delighted to announce that Alex Richardson-Price is joining InnerDrive as our new Education Lead.
Alex is a perfect fit for InnerDrive based on his combined classroom expertise with a passion for evidence-informed practice. With experience as an Assistant Headteacher, he has led whole-school teaching and learning, designed and delivered professional development programmes for trainee and early career teachers, as well as supporting instructional coaching.
In his new role, Alex will lead the development of new training material on InnerDrive’s Teacher CPD Academy, work closely with schools and colleges across the UK and internationally and help ensure that everything we produce is practical, engaging and rooted in the best available evidence.
At InnerDrive, our mission has always been to translate complex research into strategies that genuinely help teachers and students. Alex shares that philosophy, believing that high-quality professional development should be both academically rigorous and immediately useful in the classroom.
Speaking about the appointment, Bradley Busch, Director and Chief Psychological Officer of InnerDrive, said:

“Alex is a great addition to our team. His passion for supporting teachers through an evidence-informed approach is perfectly aligned with our philosophy. This is a really exciting appointment and will help increase both the range and quality of the support we offer schools and colleges”
Alex Richardson-Price said:
“I’ve followed and learned from Inner Drive’s work for many years, and I’m really excited to join the team – in particular to helping take the Teacher CPD Academy to the next stage and the further spread of evidence-informed practice across the sector.”

Alex’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to investing in outstanding people who can help us support even more schools, colleges and educators. We are excited about what lies ahead and the opportunities this brings.
