Chris Baker is joining InnerDrive as our Leadership Associate
Dr Chris Baker brings with him a wealth of experience and insight from a career spent leading and developing others. Having served as a senior leader, Chris understands the day-to-day realities of school leadership. He also brings significant experience in coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, having worked with hundreds of school leaders across the country to help them grow in confidence, clarity, and capacity. He’s passionate about helping school leaders think more strategically, lead more effectively, and make better-informed decisions.
At InnerDrive we make research findings illuminating, inspiring and, above all, impactful. We’re excited to be starting this journey with Chris and even more excited about what it means for the schools and leaders we work with. Leadership can be tough.
