InnerDrive and Adaptaa will be launching a leadership program this spring. Our aim is to help business leaders improve their management and leadership.  The program will focus on the role and improvement of Emotional Intelligence in leadership.  It will be practical and fun but above all it will develop skills that can be readily applied in the work place on a daily basis.

The strap line of the program is likely to be “Creating Emotionally Intelligent Leaders”. But which title  would be the most likely to persuade you to want to attend the program?
