Sports psychology can act as a powerful tool to unlock potential. Footballers spend a lot of time training their bodies to cope with the physical demands of sport. Yet when comparing their best games with their worst most footballers will themselves identify the main difference as “being in my head”.
That is why football sports psychology training is such an important part of performance. Here at InnerDrive we help footballers develop the mindsets that bring out their best performances on match day. However we don’t believe that this is all that is required. We also aim to develop each individual for the demands of their profession by developing a growth mindset, so that they can thrive and grow into the footballer that they are capable of being.
Our one to one sports psychology sessions are tailored to each footballers situation, enabling our sport psychologists to provide high-quality support that is both effective and personalised. These sessions are available across Europe.
