What We Do
InnerDrive are the teaching and learning company that bridges the gap between cognitive science and the classroom. We work with schools and colleges across the world to deliver evidence-informed training and resources that transform teaching and drive better pupil outcomes.
We are the “Google Translate” for cognitive science – taking complex research and turning it into classroom-ready strategies and tools that teachers can use from day one. Everything we deliver, from our CPD workshops to the Teacher CPD Academy, is designed to illuminate, inform and inspire. We start with the why, so staff genuinely want to change – and then we show them how.
What sets us apart? We don’t do boring. Our training is bespoke, interactive, and built around the realities of a teacher’s day. We care deeply about every school we work with, treating each engagement as if our reputation depends on it – because it does.
Schools and colleges choose InnerDrive when they’re tired of a one-size-fits-all approach that wastes time and fails to stick. We create a consistent, school-wide culture of great teaching, saving you time, delivering real change and leaving your staff energised and equipped to perform at their best.
